Orders are considered confirmed only after payment approval by our system and subsequent validation by our team. Customers will receive confirmation, including trip details, via email or WhatsApp.
3. Installment Payments and Associated Conditions
Installment payment options may be available, subject to the terms provided by the relevant card operator. Customers are responsible for any applicable interest rates or fees associated with their selected payment method.
🔹 Cancellation and Modification Policy
1. Confirmation of Purchase and Scheduling
Upon completing a purchase through our website, our team will contact the customer to confirm and finalize the scheduling of their trip as requested. The trip schedule will be considered valid only after official confirmation is provided via email or WhatsApp.
2. Cancellation Requests by Customers
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, either via email or WhatsApp, in advance. Requests submitted without prior written notice will not be processed. Please note that administrative fees and/or deductions may be applied to offset operational expenses and pre-booked arrangements.
3. Modifications to Dates or Itineraries
Requests to modify the date or itinerary of a trip must be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure. Such changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Modifications or rescheduling cannot be accommodated after this deadline.
4. Trip Cancellations by Cool Adventure
Cool Adventure reserves the right to cancel trips in cases of force majeure, which may include adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, operational challenges, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such instances, customers will have the option to:
- Receive a full refund of the amount paid, or
- Reschedule the trip at no additional cost.
5. Refund Policy
Where applicable, refunds will be processed using the original payment method utilized at the time of purchase. All refunds will be issued within a maximum of 30 calendar days following confirmation of the cancellation.
