1. Payment Methods

We accept payments by credit card, debit card, and other options available in our online store.

All payments are processed in a secure environment.

 

2. Order Confirmation

Reservations are only confirmed after payment approval by the system and our team.

The passenger will receive confirmation via email or WhatsApp with the trip details.

 

3. Installments and Special Conditions

When available, installment payments may be offered through the card operator.

Interest rates and installment fees are the customer’s responsibility, according to the rules of the chosen payment method.

 

🔹 Cancellation and Change Policy

1. Purchase Confirmation and Scheduling

After completing the purchase on our website, our team will contact the customer to approve and schedule the trip as requested.

The schedule will only be valid after official confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

 

2. Customer Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested in advance, in writing (via email or WhatsApp).

Cancellations without prior written notice will not be accepted.

Administrative fees and/or deductions may apply to cover operational costs and pre-booked reservations.

 

3. Date or Itinerary Changes

Changes can only be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled date.

Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional costs.

After the 48-hour deadline, changes or rescheduling will not be possible.

 

4. Cancellations by Cool Adventure

Cool Adventure may cancel trips in cases of force majeure (adverse weather conditions, safety issues, operational problems, among others).

In such cases, the customer may choose between:

A full refund of the amount paid, or

Rescheduling at no additional cost.

 

5. Refunds

When applicable, refunds will be processed through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refunds will be issued within up to 30 calendar days after cancellation confirmation.
